Puppy Sponsorship $2,500

• Name a new service dog puppy for our program OR sponsor a current one in the program.
• Get a 5×7 photo of the puppy in training, and receive a bio with the puppy’s birthday and information about his/her personality.
• Have a one-time zoom meet n greet with your puppy.
• Have a minimum of 2 social media posts about the sponsorships and tags if a company sponsorship (optional for family sponsors).
• Receive one annual update on your dog’s training progress.
• Have your name/ organization name listed on the website (if applicable).

Full-Service Dog Training Sponsorship $5,000

• Name a new service dog for our program OR sponsor a current dog in our program.
• You will be the only sponsor for this puppy/dog through training, as this donation covers the dog’s total training!
• Get a 5×7 photo of the puppy and receive a bio with the puppy’s birthday and information about his/her personality.
• Have a one-time zoom meet n greet with your puppy.
• If you are sponsoring in honor of someone, they will receive a letter of notification of your sponsorship.
• Have a minimum of 4 social media posts about the sponsorships and tags if a company sponsorship (optional for family sponsors).
• The sponsor is invited to the dog’s graduation at training class (pending the dog completing graduation through the entire program)- in person or via zoom.
• Have your name/ organization name listed on the website with a link to your page (if applicable).

Guidelines for Sponsoring a Dog

New Puppy Sponsorship
PGI has six months from the date of a new full-service sponsorship to bring a new puppy into the program, if you wish to name the puppy. You will be asked to provide your top three name choices, and PGI will select the final name. PGI reserves the right to deny any name that may be considered offensive or is already used by another dog in the program. Alternatively, you may choose to sponsor a dog already in the program. A list of available dogs seeking sponsors can be provided, allowing your sponsorship to start immediately!

Sponsorship and Graduation
PGI has successfully trained and placed dogs with over 200 handlers. While we strive to ensure every dog graduates to become a working service dog, we cannot guarantee this outcome. Sponsorship helps fund the training process, but there is no guarantee that the dog will graduate.

Excess Funds
If there are any remaining funds from your sponsorship, they will be used for the care and training of another dog in the program.

Multiple Sponsors
Multiple people can sponsor the same puppy up to $5,000 per dog. It costs around $2,500 a year to train each dog and each dog trains for about 2 years.

Processing Time
Please note that it may take up to one month for us to process and mail your sponsorship materials, as we are an all-volunteer organization.
