Donna Kosner

Donna Kosner, Director of Community Relations, Outreach and Applications. 

     Donna became involved with a local humane society in 2003 and developed a passion for animal rescue. She fostered over 100 dogs and puppies over 5 years. She has been a Co-Director of Paws Giving Independence since 2010. She is also a licensed early education teacher in the state of Illinois who has worked in a variety of schools settings. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Kentucky.
